A three-year-old child was rescued after a nine-hour-long operation after he fell into a 150-feet-deep borewell in Agra's Dhariyai village.
A three-year-old child was rescued after a nine-hour-long operation after he fell into a 150-feet-deep borewell in Agra's Dhariyai village on Monday. Speaking to India Today TV, Agra DM Prabhu N Singh said the child was rescued by the army by digging a parallel ditch of 100-plus ft in depth nearby. The child was then pulled through a horizontal tunnel connecting the two holes. The incident took place at about 7:30 am under Nibohara police station area in Fatehabad in Agra rural. The child reportedly fell into the borewell that was dug by his father, Chhotelal.More Related News
