After receiving 'worrisome inputs,' Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday sought an urgent report on the raid on Suvendhu Adhikari's MLA office in Nandigram.
West Bengal Governor Jadgeep Dhankhar has once again sought a report from the state's chief secretary HK Dwivedi over an "attack by the police" on the MLA's office of Leader of Opposition in Assembly Suvendu Adhikari.
In a series of tweets, Dhankhar said," CS @chief_west response sought by 11 AM tomorrow on the worrisome inputs @SuvenduWB LOP WBLA of state sponsored targeted political vendetta, at his MLA office-cum-residence at Nandigram that has been criminally trespassed by a large contingent @WBPolice & Rapid Action Force."

He has also expressed concern that opposition leaders are not taken seriously by the police and the administration.
