The two recently returned from London after completing the pre-production work of their upcoming film, Naai Sekar Returns. Music director Santosh Narayanan and his wife, Meenakshi, went with Vadivelu and Suraj as well. Reportedly, Vadivelu and Suraj are getting treatment at a private hospital in Chennai.
