Aamir Khan might soon reunite with Ranbir Kapoor for an Anurag Basu directorial. The filmmaker is apparently developing two-hero script for the actors.
After making a cameo appearance in PK, Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly all set to reunite with Aamir Khan. The film is said to be bankrolled by Aamir Khan Productions. The details about the same were recently revealed by an entertainment portal. As per the report, Anurag Basu might direct the movie and is currently developing two hero script for Aamir and Ranbir.
Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor might reunite for Anurag Basu's film. Spilling the beans about this project, a source told Pinkvilla, "Anurag Basu is trying to develop a screenplay for Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. While the basic idea has been conceptualisedby AKP AKA. Aamir Khan Production, its Basu, who has come on board to weave a screenplay with the inhouse team of actors. The movie is in a very nascent stage at the moment. In fact, the duo of AK and RK will decide on doing it only once they are absolutely satisfied with the final output."
The source further mentioned the film will be high on VFX and it will go on floors sometime in 2023.
Currently, Aamir Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. He will be seen in the film with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh. It is scheduled for release on August 11, 2022.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in Shamshera with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The movie is set for release on July 22, 2022. Post that, the actor's film Brahmastra will hit the big screen on September 9, 2022.
