Afghans feel betrayed by US, says Indian journalist on return from Kabul

After her return from Kabul, Indian journalist Kanika Gupta in an exclusive interview to India Today TV said Afghans "feel betrayed by US". Gupta also shared her escape story and what the locals in Kabul feel about the return of the Taliban rule. Read on to know more.

"Afghans feel betrayed by the US. They basically feel they are guinea pigs on whom governments keep experimenting with no consideration for them," Indian journalist Kanika Gupta told India Today TV after her return from Kabul. It took me 27 hours to reach from Kabul to Delhi. There was tension, security in numbers, a new exposure to the process of military evacuation. An experience of a lifetime.
