The couple walked the Cannes red carpet together in 2010 and that is when Abhishek gave a witty reply to the fan proposing to his wife. As the couple was posing for photographs, Abhishek spotted a man who was holding a banner that read, ‘Marry me’ intended for Aishwarya. While the actress smiled and waved, Abhishek pointed at her and announced, “She married me, man”.
