Aashka Goradia posted a new video of herself performing Sirsasana on a paddle board. Her close friend, Mouni Roy, also reacted to it.
If you follow Aashka Goradia on Instagram, you would know she is an ardent fitness enthusiast. She swears by yoga and also practices pole dancing to keep herself fit.
She regularly shares videos of her workout sessions and never fails to inspire her fans. On Friday, the Naagin actress took to the social media platform and posted yet another stunning glimpse from her yoga session. In the clip, she was seen performing Sirsasana. However, in a rather difficult twist, she performed it on a floating paddle board.

It takes a lot of practice, balance and strength to perform Sirsasana, but Aashka took the difficulty level a notch higher by doing it on the paddle board.
Since being posted online, her video has garnered over 50k views. Actress and Aashka’s close friend Mouni Roy was also super impressed. She took to the comments section and dropped a heart emoji. Actresses Juhi Parmar and Surbhi Jyoti also loved the video and express the same in the comments section.
“Beautiful,” wrote Juhi. Surbhi, on the other hand, applauded her with clapping emojis.
