The Naagin actress swears by yoga and also practices pole dance to maintain her overall well-being. On Wednesday, Aashka shared an amazing video from her workout routine. It showed her performing a difficult yoga asana by the pool.

In the aforementioned video, Aashka performed Maksikanagasana. It is also called Grasshopper or Dragonfly pose. Performing this asana requires a lot of strength and practice. In the caption, Aashka also described its benefits.
