8-km long rangoli made in Assam to create awareness among voters

The Cachar district administration has made an eight-km long rangoli in just 24 hours. The initiative was taken in a bid to encourage the voters to exercise their franchise in the upcoming Assembly Polls in the state.
As Assam is gearing up for the Assembly Polls, the Cachar district administration of the Barak Valley has earned accolades by making India's longest rangoli to create awareness among voters. The Cachar district administration has made an eight-km long rangoli on the street in just 24 hours and the initiative was taken in a bid to encourage the voters to exercise their franchise in the upcoming Assembly Polls in the state. This initiative has also found a place in the India Book of Records. The rangoli making process on an eight-km long street in Dalu, located at the end of the East-West Corridor under Barkhola constituency, started at 5pm on March 14 and was completed within 24 hours.More Related News
