India vs England women, 2nd ODI: Senior fast bowler Jhulan Goswami backed India's pace-bowling unit, saying she is hopeful of a better show in the 2nd ODI in Taunton on Wednesday.

With captain Mithali Raj calling for an improvement in the pace bowling department, senior pacer Jhulan Goswami backed the India women fast bowlers, saying they will hit peak form with a bit of time. India women were hammered in the first of a 3-match ODI series against England in Bristol by 8 wickets. With Mithali Raj topping the charts with a 108-ball 72, India women managed just 201 on the board in their quota of 50 overs. While Jhulan Goswami picked up an early wicket -- that of Lauren Winfield Hill for 16, none of the other pacers were able to trouble the England batters.
