However, at present, the ban on 27% reservations in examinations will continue as the matter is pending in the High Court. In fact, late on Thursday evening, the General Administration Department also issued an order in this regard. The order states that at present, 27% OBC reservation will not be applicable on the recruitment examinations as it has been banned by the High Court.
