‘20,000 jobs, war against drugs’: AAP’s 6-month Punjab report card

AAP leaders on Saturday listed the performance of the Bhagwant Mann-led government in Punjab in the past six months.
The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday presented their government’s performance in Punjab after coming to power in March. AAP said that after six months, the party has given 20,000 jobs, gave MSP for cultivation of moong, formed anti-gangster task force and more.
Addressing a press conference at the party headquarter in Chandigarh, state chief spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang presented the major achievements of the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in six months. Malvinder Singh Kang and said that unlike the previous governments, which only befooled the public and spent taxpayer's money to fill their own coffers, this government has hit the ground running from day one.
Malvinder Singh Kang was accompanied by AAP spokesperson Jagtar Singh Sanghera and Govinder Mittal.
"I dare Congress leader Partap Singh Bajwa and SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal to list any major work they had done within six months after forming governments during their decades old regime. They just looted the people and are now so frustrated with the AAP's clean working that they are levelling baseless accusations," Kang said.
Listing the performance of AAP government, Malvinder Singh Kang said that the Bhagwant Mann-led government has given 20,000 jobs and regularised the jobs of 9,000 contractual employees as promised in its poll-promise.
Malvinder Singh Kang said that Punjab is agri-oriented state and the entire economy of Punjab depends on agriculture. Despite this previous governments failed to bring reforms, Kang said on Saturday.
