100-year-old St Luke's Church renovated, reopened after 30 years in Srinagar

In Srinagar, St Luke’s Church was reopened after thirty years on Thursday. Lieutenant Governor of J&K Manoj Sinha inaugurated the renovated church, which is more than a hundred years old.

In Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar, St Luke’s Church was reopened after thirty years on Thursday. Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha inaugurated the renovated church, which is more than a hundred years old. It has been opened for the public to offer prayers.

The inside of the church, including the flooring, altar, seating and window panes, have been redone. The surrounding landscape and approach to the church has also been upgraded.
