More than 10,000 people are reportedly stuck on the highway leading to Yamunotri temple in Uttrakhand. This has happened due to the safety wall of the highway caving in. According to sources, it may take over 3 days to re-open the road.
Around 10,000 people are reportedly stuck after the security wall of the highway leading to the Yamunotri temple collapsed. Due to this, traffic has been stopped on the roads, and 10,000 people are said to be stuck at different places along the highway.
According to sources, it may take 3 days to re-open the road. The district administration is trying to evacuate the passengers from some of the smaller vehicles, but people who have come from a long way away in big vehicles are unable to leave.
