Zomato wants Indians to eat more protein, offers free protein meal as High-Five Challenge
India Today
Zomato has launched the new Healthy High-Five Challenge to encourage Indians to eat more protein-rich, balanced meals. The challenge is now live and offers users a free healthy dish after every four qualifying orders.
Are you following a healthy diet? If not, Zomato wants you to start, and it’s even willing to reward you with a free meal. The food delivery platform has rolled out a new initiative called the Healthy High-Five Challenge, aimed at encouraging Indians to eat more protein-rich and nutritionally balanced meals. Users who stick to the challenge and complete it can earn free dishes.
The idea behind Zomato’s new challenge is to promote healthier eating habits and help users meet their daily protein intake through everyday meals. The offer is now live on the Zomato app under Healthy Mode and will run until February 28, 2026. It is currently available in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai, the same cities where Healthy Mode is supported.
According to Zomato, the goal of the Healthy High-Five Challenge is to encourage users to make better food choices more often, without adding pressure to everyday ordering decisions.
To take part in Zomato’s ongoing Healthy High-Five Challenge, users need to switch to Healthy Mode within the app and order dishes that meet two criteria:
– The dish must have a ‘High’ Healthy Score.
– It must contain at least 20 grams of protein per order.
