Former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray said that no politics of division would work. He also challenged Amit Shah and Devendra Fadnavis.
Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday said that the Dussehra rally would be organised at Shivtirth (Shivaji Park). Referring to the local civic body polls, BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) elections, he said that he was prepared to make sure that it was BJP's 'Devendra Fadnavis's last polls'.
The statement came after the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena on Wednesday moved the Bombay High Court seeking permission to hold its annual Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park in central Mumbai.
"If today’s crowd is so much, then what will happen at the Dussehra rally? Let me once again tell you that the Dussehra rally will be at Shivtirth (Shivaji park) only," Uddhav Thackeray said.
"I saw Sanjay Raut’s chair today on dias. Let me clarify he has not joined any dependent Sena. He is one of them who will break but will not bow. I also checked if my father's photo was in place. Because these days there is a gang roaming who steals, father. Earlier, I saw a gang that steals children, but this is a new gang."

Taking a veiled jibe at the CM Eknath Shinde camp, he said, "These traitors went to Surat to eat dhoklas as they couldn’t digest our mirchi ka thechaa (green chillies condiment)."
Referring to the recent arrival of cheetahs in the country and PM Modi welcoming them, the former CM said, "Yes, we brought penguins, but did not click photos with them, despite being a photographer myself."
