Why Navjot Sidhu resigned as Punjab Congress president?
India Today
Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned as the chief of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee on Tuesday.
After staying Punjab Congress president for two months and one week, Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned from the post on Tuesday. This came as a surprise, particularly on a day when his arch-rival and former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh was speculated to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after having been cornered in the Congress party.
However, Congress insiders point to certain developments that led to Navjot Sidhu’s resignation. It was the culmination of a political build-up in the Punjab Congress.

Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son, Tej Pratap, is speaking of wisdom and devotion again. He's no longer the Krishna bhakt that he was. He is now sporting saffron attire in Reels, and is propagating Shiva bhakti. His new Instagram handle is SantTejPratapYadav. After political and personal isolation, Teju bhaiya seems to have found solace in Rudraksha, Shiva bhajans and the Shiva Puran.
