West Bengal education department has won the gold Skoch award.
West Bengal school and higher education and tourism departments have received Skoch award. Instituted in 2003, the Skoch award recognizes efforts in digital, financial, social inclusion, governance, inclusive growth, technology and applications and corporate leadership.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, amongst other leaders, has praised the recognition.
