Water level in Papanasam dam on Tuesday stood at 89.65 feet (the maximum permissible level is 143 feet) with an inflow of 568.31 cusecs and discharge of 1,131 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 79.25 feet (118 feet) with an inflow of 231.69 cusecs and discharge of 35 cusecs.
