Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Sunday stood at 113.15 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 feet) with an inflow of 117 cusecs and a discharge of 300 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 58.40 feet (maximum level 71 feet) with an inflow of 33 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,336.33 mcft.
