Vijay Deverakonda and Pooja Hegde are set to share the screen in JGM. Puri Jagannadh will be directing the film and the first-look poster of the same was unveiled by the makers a few weeks ago. The film's shoot will commence in July and Vijay Deverakonda and Pooja Hegde will be taking part in the opening schedule.

Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy with Kushi, which stars Samantha in the female lead role. He recently announced JGM with director Puri Jagannadh and this film will hit the floors in July. Pooja Hegde is confirmed to play the female lead in the film. Vijay and Pooja will commence the shoot in July and the entire filming is expected to be wrapped up at a brisk pace.

Reports suggest that Puri has come up with interesting character arcs for Vijay and Pooja in JGM. The film is set against a military backdrop. Puri is done with the scripting and is all set to get to work.

Vijay Deverakonda's immediate next theatrical outing, Liger is set to hit the big screens on August 25. Earlier today, May 16, the makers of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha-starrer, Kushi announced that the film will release on December 23. In all likelihood, JGM will be released in the early half of 2023, meaning Vijay will have three new theatrical releases in the next 12 months.
