Vi upgrades Disney+ Hotstar Mobile prepaid offers, plans now start from Rs 501

Vi has hiked its Disney+ Hotstar plans by Rs 100. This is because Disney+ Hotstar has discarded its VIP plan which used to come for Rs 399 a year and upgraded to a Mobile plan which now comes for Rs 499 which is Rs 100 costlier.

Streaming service Disney+ Hotstar on Monday upgraded its plans. It will now give users access to all content through three new plans including Mobile at Rs 499 per year, Super at Rs 899 per year, and Premium at Rs 1499 per year. It is doing away with its VIP subscription that came for Rs 399 per year. Following this development, telecom companies including Airtel and Jio upgraded their prepaid plans which earlier used to come with Disney+ Hotstar VIP benefit. Vi has now also followed suit to upgrade the plans by Rs100 with the rest of the beenfits remaining the same. The plans will now come with Disney+ Hotstar Moblie. While Disney+ Hotstar VIP was priced at Rs 399, Disney+ Hotstar Mobile plan was priced at Rs 499. Vi has made the following changes to its plans:
