Venkaiah Naidu breaks down over ruckus in Rajya Sabha, says had sleepless night

Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu broke down while addressing the Upper House over the ruckus that erupted in the Upper House on Tuesday. He condemned the incident and said " the sanctity of the House has been breached".

Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu got emotional while he condemned the ruckus that erupted in the Upper House on Tuesday. Naidu also expressed anguish over the behaviour of MPs in the house since the beginning of the Parliament Monsoon Session. Condemning the frequent upheaval in the Rajya Sabha, Venkaiah Naidu said, "The sanctity of the House has been breached when some members jumped at the table. I had a sleepless night."
