The name of the topper is Shruti Sharma, while the second rank holder is Ankita Aggrawal, and the third rank holder is Gamini Singla. All three top rank holders in UPSC exam are girls.
Shruti Sharma is an alumnus of St Stephen's College, Delhi University. She also pursued higher studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University and she prepared for the UPSC exams at Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy.
