
Unitech Group case: ED attaches plots worth Rs 30 crore in Noida

ED has attached plots worth Rs 30 crore in Noida in connection with Unitech Group money laundering case.
The Enforcement Directorate has attached plots in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida worth Rs 30.29 in connection with a money laundering case against Unitech Group. The attached asset includes 29 land parcels measuring 13,600 square meters situated in Noida sector 96-98.
“These land parcels were illegally allotted to Carnoustie Management (India) Private Limited (CMPL) by Chandras of Unitech Group. The source of funds for the purchase was homebuyer’s funds earlier transferred to CMPL by Chandras,” said the ED.
