Ahead of the Assembly election, DMK Youth Wing secretary and Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has tasked the party youth wing members with meeting young voters every day till the polling day to explain various achievements of the ‘Dravida model government’ to them.

Addressing the youth wing members of Madurai and Virudhunagar districts here on Tuesday, Mr. Udhayanidhi said the DMK government, led by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, had given numerous welfare measures for different sections of the people. “The youth wing members should take up those achievements with statistics and explain them to the voters,” he said.
The youth wing should keep the party functionaries at different levels informed about their campaign and also take with them as many party cadre as possible.
The details of the voters they met each day during the door-to-door campaign should be maintained along with their phone numbers. The Deputy Chief Minister said he would review the records of the campaign during his visits to various places during election campaigns.
Mr. Udhayanidhi also took photographs with the youth wing members. State Ministers and party district secretaries were present on the occasion.
