APCC president Ripun Bora said it was not right on the part of Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma to take credit for the two-child policy.
The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Tuesday hit out at Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma over the proposed population policy and said ‘Hum Do Humare Do’ was a concept of the Congress-led government to control the population.
