Traffic snarls were witnessed on NH-48 from Kherki toll to Hero Honda chowk towards Delhi amid the closure of Hero Honda flyover on Wednesday.
A massive traffic congestion was reported on NH-48 from Kherki toll to Hero Honda chowk towards Delhi amid the closure of Hero Honda flyover. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) announced closure of the flyover for six days from September 21 to 26 for span load test.
The closure of the main expressway resulted in vehicle queues stretching for 8 to 10 km. Commuters were left stranded for up to 25 minutes to cover the 2km-stretch on the expressway.
The Gurugram traffic police also issued an advisory to close the four lanes of Hero Honda Chowk flyover from Jaipur to Delhi.

Police also asked commuters to avoid certain routes and follow traffic diversions.
