A woman from Odisha’s Jahal village is creating quite a buzz on social media. Draped in saree, Monalisa Bhadra of Jajpur district can ride a horse and a bullet, drive a truck and even plough the field with her tractor. From a homemaker, she has become a YouTube star with millions of followers. Monalisa has been breaking the stereotypes and has set an example for other women as well. She captures videos of herself riding a bullet or driving a truck and posts it on her YouTube channel. The channel was created in May 2016 and it has 2.26 million subscribers currently. Monalisa gives all the credit to her husband Badri Narayan Bhadra, who is a creative director and a social worker, for introducing her to YouTube. She now earns over Rs 1.5 lakh by uploading videos on YouTube, videos ranging from her riding a horse, ploughing the field with a tractor and even driving trucks and Volvo buses.
