Shagun Sweets, a shop in Delhi’s Maujpur, has gone viral for preparing this sweet with the malted milk hot drink powder. A video showing the preparation of Horlicks Barfi was posted to Instagram by food blogger Arjun Chauhan on his channel oye.foodieee.
