Terrorists hurl grenades at CRPF camps in South Kashmir, 2 personnel injured

Two CRPF personnel were injured in a twin grenade blast in Shopian and Pulwama districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
Terrorists hurled grenades at two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camps in Shopian and Pulwama districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday evening, officials said.According to the reports, two CRPF troopers were injured in the twin grenade explosion. The terrorists had thrown the first grenade at a CRPF camp at Zainapora in Shopian, where one CRPF officer was injured.The second grenade was hurled at a CRPF Camp in the Nowdal Tral area of southern Pulwama district, where the second CRPF officer has been reported to be injured. Officials said complaints have been registered in both cases and further investigation is underway.The attacks came on a day the paramilitary force held its 83rd Raising Day parade in Jammu. Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the CRPF Day event, held for the first time outside the national capital.
