Teen hit by train while making 'reel' near railway track in Telangana

A teenager was critically injured when he was making an Instagram reel close to a railway track in Kazipet in Hanumakonda district in Telangana.
The incident occurred on Sunday. In a video that is making rounds on social media, the teenager, identified as Ch Akshay Raj (17), an intermediate first year student from Waddepally, Telangana, can be seen walking near a railway track. A train coming in full force hits him and he swerves before falling to the ground.
Trigger warning:
The whole incident was recorded by another man on his phone. Akshay was immediately shifted to the nearest government hospital for treatment.
Time and again, the railway police have cautioned people, especially youths, not to walk near railway tracks as it might lead to fatal accidents.
