Tamil students returning from Ukraine thank Indian govt for timely evacuation

After TN students in Ukraine returned home safely, Chief Minister MK Stalin met some students with whom he had spoken through video conferencing while they were in Ukraine. The students thanked the CM and the Indian government for the timely evacuation.

Several Tamil Nadu students studying in Ukraine have returned and reached their homes safely. During a visit to Tirunelveli, Chief Minister MK Stalin met with a group of students with whom he had spoken through video conferencing when they were in Ukraine amidst the war.

Students thanked the Indian Government and CM Stalin for the timely evacuation. When CM Stalin enquired about their journey, the students stated that they had struggled for two days, and after crossing the border, the Indian government took care of them.

The students also said that state government officials were in contact with them throughout the journey.

One of the students stated that the Tamil Nadu and Kerala students got the initial evacuation due to CM Stalin and thanked him. CM Stalin replied saying that it was his duty.
