Tamil Nadu: Man arrested for attempting to rob ATM in Namakkal

The Tamil Nadu Police has detained a man for trying to rob an ATM kiosk in Namakkal district on Friday.  

The police officials in Tamil Nadu’s Nammakal district arrested a person for attempting to rob an ATM machine on Friday. Based on a tip off, the police reached an ATM kiosk on Mohanur road in Namakkal and found the accused, Upendra Rai, trying to break the ATM machine to steal cash.
