
Study shows millets can reduce risk of developing cardiovascular diseases

According to a new study led by Hyderabad’s International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), the consumption of millets (whole grain/bajra) can reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.
The consumption of millets can reduce total cholesterol, triacylglycerols (commonly known as triglycerides) and Body Mass Index (BMI), a new study has found. The study analysed the data of 19 studies with nearly 900 people as participants.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
