Soli Sorabjee, a veteran lawyer, former Attorney General of India and a Padma Vibhushan recipient, passed away on Friday morning after being infected with Covid-19.
Soli Jehangir Sorabjee, a veteran lawyer, former Attorney General of India and a Padma Vibhushan recipient, passed away on Friday morning after being infected with Covid-19. A noted jurist, Soli Sorabjee, passed away at the age of 91 after being admitted to a hospital in Delhi for treatment of the Covid-19 infection. Soli Sorabjee began his legal career in 1953 at the Bombay High Court. He was designated a senior advocate by the Supreme Court of India in 1971 and went on to become the Attorney General of India.More Related News
