Singer Sidhu Moose Wala had connections with gangsters?

The massively popular Punjabi singer, Sidhu Moose Wala, was killed last evening when assailants fired nearly 30 rounds at him and the two men with the singer.
Sidhu Moose Wala, the Punjabi singer who glorified guns and the gangster culture in his massively popular songs, was gunned down in broad daylight on Sunday. According to the Punjab Police chief VK Bhawra, an inter-gang rivalry led to the singer’s murder.
But, if sources are to be believed, Sidhu Moose Wala had relations with the Kaushal gang of Haryana. The singer ignored phone calls he received from gangsters advising him to mend his ways, saying he too has weapons to deal with them, the sources said. The singer’s father has also told the police that Moose Wala was getting threats.
The gangsters had done a recce of the area before striking last evening, they said.

The singer’s father, Balkar Singh, has filed a complaint to the Mansa Police and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and demanded a public apology from the Punjab top cop for saying that Sidhu Moosewala was the target of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
But in his police complaint, Balkar Singh also stated that he noticed the movement of some vehicles near their home last evening. Sensing something was amiss, Singh immediately rushed to the spot with security guards where his son was killed.
Vicky Midukheda, who was connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, was murdered and investigation of the case revealed the involvement of one Shaganpreet, Sidhu Moose Wala’s manager. Members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang have claimed that the murder was masterminded by the singer. Shaganpreet is currently in Australia.
