Actress Shweta Kawaatra took to Instagram and revealed that she drinks celery juice on an empty stomach every day.

Green vegetables are loaded with health benefits. It goes without saying that you must include them in your diet every day. Celery is also one such vegetable. Television actress Shweta Kawaatra, who is a fitness enthusiast, revealed that she drinks half a litre of celery juice on an empty stomach every day.

Celery is a fibrous, low-calorie vegetable that has a high water content. It is highly beneficial for your digestive health. Shweta, in her Instagram post, also listed several benefits of drinking celery juice. Must we add, it is an elaborate list! Right from constipation to bringing down toxic liver heat, Shweta revealed that it does it all.

The Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii actress posted a video in which she was seen drinking the juice. “I love celery juice. No, not the taste (it’s actually yuck!) but the benefits! For the best results, I’m flushing down 500ml of celery juice empty stomach. Best if taken every day,” she wrote in the caption.

As for the health benefits of drinking celery juice, she listed ten of them. She revealed that it relieves constipation and has anti-inflammatory properties. She also said that the juice helps fight autoimmune diseases.

“It helps restore adrenals. The undiscovered sodium cluster salts in celery juice help keep your adrenals stable & functioning. It contains undiscovered sodium cluster salts that reverse illness,” she added.“It neutralises and flushes toxins out of the liver. It also helps eradicate strep bacteria,” she further wrote.

In the Instagram post, Shweta also said that celery juice is a powerful weapon n again SIBO (small intestinal bacterial growth). “It brings down toxic liver heat, and repairs hydrochloric acid and liver bile production,” she added.
