Sherlyn Chopra fears arrest in Raj Kundra porn case, moves Court for protection

Sherlyn Chopra’s lawyer said she is not shying away from participating in the police investigation of Mumbai porn film racket, in which Raj Kundra has been arrested, but she wants to be protected by a court order.

In a twist of sort, Sherlyn Chopra, who was summoned by the Mumbai police to record her statement in the porn film racket as a witness, has approached the Mumbai sessions court seeking anticipatory bail. Chopra has told the court through her lawyer Siddhesh Borkar that she is not shying away from participating in the police investigation but she wants to be protected by a court order before she goes to police as she fears that she will be arrested like other accused.
