Police have increased security for jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Delhi’s Tihar jail.
Delhi Police have increased security for jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, whose gang shot Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, in Tihar jail amid fear of gang war.
Tihar jail sources said surveillance had been tightened.
Two days after Bishnoi's aide, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, claimed responsibility for Moose Wala’s murder, Delhi Police Special Cell went to Tihar Jail to quiz Bishnoi.
Bishnoi is lodged in the high-security ward of Tihar Jail number 8.

Tihar Jail sources said a special watch is being kept on gangsters so that there is no violence between these gangsters in the jails of Delhi.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
