The Covid-19 situation in the North-East India is worsening, with the states witnessing an unusual spike in infection and deaths due to the coronavirus.
The second wave of the pandemic hasn’t ebbed in India as a whole. The caseload remains not only worrying in Kerala and Maharashtra, but the seven sister-states and Sikkim in the country’s North-East are also witnessing an unusual spike in infections and deaths from Covid-19.
