
Saint John 'shelter in place' warning ends, no risk to the public

There is no risk to the public after a shelter in place warning for part of Saint John was ended at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday evening after being in place for around three hours.
Saint John police said a female is in custody and a victim remains in hospital in critical condition after a shooting on Mabee Road near Rothesay and Highway 111, about 10 kilometres away from where residents had been initially told to shelter in place earlier in the evening.
