The 64-km-long Russian military convoy on its way to Ukraine's Kyiv has stalled, according to a report. This is most likely because it has got stuck in mud or run out of fuel, the report added.
The 64-kilometre-long Russian military convoy on its way to Ukraine's Kyiv has stalled, according to a report by NEXTA media organisation based in Eastern Europe.
The massive convoy of Russian tanks and other vehicles remains at the same place, most likely after getting stuck in mud and burning up all the available fuel, the report said.
The convoy, first spotted in satellite images in February, is apparently on its way to Ukraine's capital Kyiv with the aim of toppling the government and installing a puppet regime. It was advancing towards Kyiv via a road north of the capital from the Belarus border.

Meanwhile, a US official reportedly stated that 95 per cent of Russian forces and military equipment have been deployed in Ukraine. However, there has been no significant advance of Russian troops in the last 24 hours, the Pentagon reportedly said.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24. While the vast Russian armoured column threatening Ukraine’s capital remains stalled outside Kyiv, Russia’s military has launched hundreds of missile and artillery attacks on cities and other sites across the country.
At least 331 civilians have been confirmed killed since the fighting began, but the true number is probably much higher, the UN human rights office said. More than 1.4 million people have fled Ukraine.
