Anushka Sharma will soon be seen as cricketer Jhuklan Goswami in Chakda Xpress, which has created a fair deal of buzz among fans. The star will be seen playing cricket in the movie. She has undergone intense training to do justice to the same. Virat Kohli, who is married to the NH 10 actress, has now given a shoutout to his wife. Chakda Xpress is a sports drama, directed by Prosit Roy.

Anushka Sharma will be seen playing celebrated cricketer Jhulan Goswami in her biopic Chakda Xpress. This is the first sports drama of her career. The actress is leaving no stone unturned to do justice to the challenging part. She had some time ago shared a selfie from a practice session to give fans an idea of her efforts. Virat Kholi has now praised her. During an episode of FTB On The Road, the former India skipper said that his respect for Anushka as an actress increased after watching her train for Chakda Xpress.

"For me, a movie was just about watching it for three hours. Then I saw Anushka train for the film and I was like respect boss. She is finding the process challenging. This is the first time she is doing such a thing and that too by learning bowling," he said.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot in 2017. They usually maintain a low profile and refrain from commenting on their personal life. Virat, however, recently credited Anushka for being his pillar of support during difficult times.

]Anushka, meanwhile, will next be seen in the Netflix Film Chakda Xpress. This will be her first release after the Shah Rukh Khan-led Zero (2018), which failed at the box office.
