Rannvijay Singha, who has been associated with Roadies for the last 18 years, has quit the show. Actor Sonu Sood will be replacing him as mentor-host.

Rannvijay Singha, who has been synonymous with Roadies, has finally quit the show after being associated with it for 18 years. The popular television host is currently seen on Shark Tank India. Roadies Season 19 has been taken over by a new production house, which led to Rannvijay taking this decision.

Rannvijay Singha is currently hosting popular business reality show Shark Tank India. However, after the show ends this week, fans won't be seeing him in Roadies 19. Rannvijya, who began his TV journey as a contestant on Roadies Season 1, has been a host and then a mentor on the show.

Rannvijay Singha spoke to HindustanTimes.com and confirmed that he will long be a part of Roadies. He said, "The channel has been a key pillar of my journey and I’ll be doing interesting work with them. On this edition of Roadies, things didn’t work out from both sides. Our dates were not matching and it is disheartening,” he shares.

He further added, "I’ve been working with the channel for 18 years. I’ve done different shows with the network. Production house aur mera koi taal mel hai nahi."

Sonu Sood will reportedly replace Rannvijay Singha on the show as mentor-host. Roadies format is going to change. In the new season, there will be no gang leaders. So, Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, Nikhil Chinapa and others will also not be seen on the show. Roadies 19 will be shot in South Africa.
