Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's pre-wedding festivities have begun in full swing. Earlier today, a Ganesh pooja was held at Ranbir's Bandra home, Vastu. It was followed by a mehendi ceremony at around 2pm. Ranbir's family members Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and her daughter, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Aadar Jain, and Armaan Jain were spotted arriving for the ceremony. Amidst their pre-wedding festivities, Ranbir and Alia received a special gift from a Surat jeweller.

Ranbir Kapoor's fan club shared a video on Twitter, in which a man could be seen carrying a gold-plated bouquet for the couple. As per the tweet, Ranbir and Alia received it as a guest from a Surat-based jeweller. Ranbir's fan club shared a video with a tweet that read, "A jeweller from Surat gifted Ranbir and Alia a gold plated bouquet #RanbirAliaWedding (sic)."

Meanwhile, IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt that Alia might announce her wedding with Ranbir Kapoor today on her social media handles. "There is buzz that Alia is likely to make a social media post on her Instagram page today announcing her marriage to Ranbir Kapoor. The Kesariya song teaser from Bramhastra that was released today was also planned in advance to coincide with the wedding celebrations. All eyes on Alia’s social handles now!," a source close to the actress revealed.
