
Raje's aide slams senior BJP colleague Gulab Kataria for 'harming' party

Former Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Meghwal has written a letter to BJP's state president and accused the Leader of Opposition, Gulab Chand Kataria, of harming the party's interests in the recently held bypolls through his statements.
Kailash Meghwal, BJP leader and close confidant of former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, has slammed a senior party colleague. Former Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Meghwal has written a letter to state party president Dr. Satish Poonia and accused the Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly, Gulab Chand Kataria, of harming the party's interests in the recently held bypolls through his statements.ALSO READ: Rajasthan: Union Minister lashes out at Congress during BJP's Jan Aashirwad Yatra
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
