Residents of Delhi’s plush Golf Links were taken aback when rainwater entered their homes on Wednesday, forcing them to pick up floor wipers. Outside their homes, there was knee-deep water. The record September rain led to massive water-logging across the National Capital with roads and underpasses getting submerged, resulting in long traffic jams and diversions.
