On this special occasion, his last film, James, graced the screens across the globe in multiple languages. First reviews of James are out and fans can't stop raving about Puneeth Rajkumar. Early morning shows were organised in theatres across Karnataka to celebrate Puneeth Rajkumar.

Power Star Puneeth, fondly called Appu by fans, passed away on October 19, 2021. At the age of 46, he suffered a massive heart attack. Puneeth Rajkumar's untimely demise sent shockwaves across the country. He was laid to rest at Kanteerava Studios in Bengaluru.
