A professor’s absolutely thoughtful gesture for his student is winning the internet and how. Maddy Miller-Shaver is a student at Brigham Young University (BYU) and is also a mother to six-month-old Jack. Maddy took her little one to the university to attend a lecture. Apparently, he was getting a little fussy and then her lecturer Hank Smith decided to hold the baby for her while he continued teaching the students. This kind gesture of the professor has won the internet’s heart.
The video from the lecture was posted on Instagram by Maddy in January and it has garnered over 7 million views. In the video, Professor Hank Smith can be seen holding Maddy’s baby as he taught the class. “Jack just became @hankrsmith ‘s new T.A. Grateful to attend such an amazing school with professors that care about their students (sic),” Maddy wrote sharing the video.
